We are a cybersecurity firm. Protecting data is literally what we do for a living. We take your privacy seriously, we collect only what we need, and we never sell your information. Period.

What We Collect and Why

When you contact us or use our services, we may collect basic information like your name, email address, and organization. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type through server logs, this is routine practice used to monitor site performance and block malicious activity.

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to serve you effectively. Nothing more.

BTT Threat Hub (app.blueteamtom.com)

BTT Threat Hub is a cybersecurity intelligence platform operated by Blue Team Tom Consulting. When you use BTT Threat Hub, the following applies in addition to the general terms of this privacy policy.

The app queries third-party cybersecurity data sources on your behalf, including but not limited to MITRE, CISA, and various threat intelligence feeds. These requests are made from our servers and your personally identifiable information is not transmitted to these services. Standard technical data such as server IP addresses may be logged by these third parties in accordance with their own privacy policies.

If you create an account or subscribe to BTT Threat Hub, we will collect your email address and account preferences in order to provide the service. This data is subject to the same protections described in this privacy policy.

Payment processing for BTT Threat Hub subscriptions is handled securely by Stripe. Blue Team Tom Consulting does not store, process, or have access to your payment card details at any time. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled and can be reviewed at stripe.com/privacy.

We do not log or store the CVE identifiers or threat intelligence queries you make within BTT Threat Hub beyond what is necessary for the technical operation of the service.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever. The only parties who may access your information are members of the Blue Team Tom Consulting team and essential third-party vendors such as our hosting provider, all of whom are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law.

How We Protect It

We apply the same security standards to your data that we recommend to our clients, encryption in transit, strict access controls, and layered security practices. We do not just talk about cybersecurity. We live it.
